What hunger are you experiencing? The one on the left or right?

If you are metabolic flexible, you will not get “hangry”.

If you are insulin resistant or have a damaged metabolism, you will get the energy crashes and symptoms on the left.

Did you know that when you are tired, your glucose spikes more?

It’s almost a catch 22 because we tend to go for sugar items for a quick pick-me-up when we are tired.

If you haven’t slept well, my tip is to get up and do 20 min high-intensity exercises (HIIT workout, sprints, burpees). It will help regulate your glucose level for the day.

Apple cider vinegar also helps. One tablespoon in water and drink it through a straw to help protect your teeth.
