Have you ever accomplished something and if felt soooo good?!
Remember how that feels?!
Wouldn’t you like to have that feeling everyday?! � I know I love having that feeling of accomplishing something at the start of my day!
I workout every morning and it gets me going and ready for the day. You may think to yourself, I don’t have time for that. Well, guess what, I used to think that too.
Since I started starting the day to do something to take care of myself, I tend to get more accomplished. I’ve fulfilled at least some of the need to have time for myself. Sure it isn’t always easy but I have my team, my girls, who help encourage me and help hold me accountable. They inspired me to take that time for myself. And here is the best part, it only takes 20-40 min a day in your own home. Yep, you read that right, you don’t have to spend more than about a half hour on yourself and you don’t even have to leave your house! Spending that time for yourself is taking care of you which is a necessity to take care of others!
