It felt so good to get my workout done!
We had some sickness go through our place so I got out of my routine.

It’s honestly been a struggle to get back into my routine.
I love working out daily and starting my days with devotions but I’m struggling to get that routine back.
As a person, Christian, fitness coach, wife, mom and now student teacher, I definitely don’t have it all figured out. Being all of those things isn’t easy but while each one brings its struggles, they are all rewarding in their own way!

I may feel broken but I know it’s just a season of life and I’ll get through it! I have an amazing family, church family, team of fellow coaches and most importantly my Heavenly Father who are there for me and support me! I don’t know where I’d be without them!

Need some accountability?! Someone to be there for you in hard times?! Someone to cheer you on?! Someone to listen when you need a listening ear?!

6 lbs. 2.5 in around.

Those numbers are numbers that make we want to shout from a roof top!
Why you may ask? Cause those numbers are what I’ve lost!

In the last month I have lost 6 lbs and 2.5 in around my waist! Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!! I’m so excited!!
Yes I was sick the beginning of this week and was super sick but I know for a fact that those number drops of are not just from being sick! If they were, I would’ve gained it back by now since I’m back to eating at least somewhat normal (I’m not eating as much as I was now that I’m better as before I was sick. My stomach just doesn’t seem to hold as much)

I will admit that I am and always have been hard on myself with how I look but I can say that while I may not be where I was before having a baby (cause let’s face it, your body changes a ton during pregnancy), I’m feeling comfortable in my own skin again! And I’ve been able to push through because of all the support from my team and all of you!

Have you ever accomplished something and if felt soooo good?!
Remember how that feels?!
Wouldn’t you like to have that feeling everyday?! � I know I love having that feeling of accomplishing something at the start of my day!

I workout every morning and it gets me going and ready for the day. You may think to yourself, I don’t have time for that. Well, guess what, I used to think that too.

Since I started starting the day to do something to take care of myself, I tend to get more accomplished. I’ve fulfilled at least some of the need to have time for myself. Sure it isn’t always easy but I have my team, my girls, who help encourage me and help hold me accountable. They inspired me to take that time for myself. And here is the best part, it only takes 20-40 min a day in your own home. Yep, you read that right, you don’t have to spend more than about a half hour on yourself and you don’t even have to leave your house! Spending that time for yourself is taking care of you which is a necessity to take care of others!

Do you have tough days? Days that you struggle with motivation? Days that you want to lay around and do nothing?

We all do! I struggle with it. My fellow coaches struggle with it. We don’t struggle with it alone though and you don’t have to either! My team and I are there for each other!

I posted today on our team page that I was gonna hop on zoom and struggling with motivation today and guess what, I had people there holding me accountable and supporting me!

Our team is full of amazing women who are mamas, soon to be mamas, healthcare workers, emts, servers, teachers and more! And we are all in different areas of the U.S.

We support each other, hold each other accountable, and love each other! We have everything in our community that anyone could ever want!

We have a spot for you! Do you want it? It’s all yours! All you gotta do is reach out and don’t be afraid to take the leap! Trust me, it isn’t scary and we aren’t scary either!

We’d love to have you as our friend and a part of our team! To cheer you on and be there for you! ❤️

Do you have goals you want to reach?!

I know I have goals that I want to reach and since starting this journey I have done things I thought that I would never be able to do!

In high school, I could never do pushups and I could do a very minimal amount of sit ups. I did do some weight training for the couple years that I was involved with volleyball but then I quit and lost a lot of my progress I had made. Working in custodial for 3 years, I gained some muscle but then I was within a month of my due date with Everett and felt that I couldn’t keep doing it, especially being in a building with no elevator. It was hard for me to quit because I loved my job as I worked with some pretty amazing people!

Since starting BB, my life has totally changed!
I can now do multiple pushups and sit ups. I even started using 10 lb dumbbells today! It was challenging but I successfully completed the workout! I’ve also toned up my abs and I’m liking how I look more!

This journey truly has been a life changer and if I had to do it all over again, I would still choose to do BB!

Happy Transformation Tuesday!

I just finished the program I was doing yesterday and man do I feel great! While the scale may not have really budged I can see a difference in my before and after photos, especially when I look at where I started back in January and where I am now! I’ve definitely gained muscle and toned up!

I have now completed three different programs and it has been so worth it!
I know I would see even more results if I really got on top of my nutrition.

Nutrition has been one of the hardest parts for me other than originally (and I still have a struggle day here and there) getting up early every morning (anyone who is a mom of a young child can understand how it can be hard getting up early and having the energy to prepare a meal at the end of the day). For me, getting my workout in in the morning seems best! I feel ready and more prepared for my day!

I’ve also gained some awesome friends!

Happy Sunday Everyone!! I felt super cute today with my coffee so I thought that I would take some pics and take a moment to post! I have to say that I never thought I could take pictures like this like all the other girls but I’ve officially proved myself wrong! I feel super cute and today I feel like a coach that can inspire others! Jumping on to coaching has made me feel more confident about myself in ways that I never have felt confident before. I’ve never been confident about myself and I’ve always had things that I don’t like about myself. While I do still have days that I don’t like certain things about myself, those days are more limited! The community that I joined when becoming a coach has helped me become a more positive person about my body and who I am! They have encouraged me and inspired me so much to be my better self and I have to say it feels amazing!!! I would love to help you all experience the same thing and have you join this amazing community of women that have encouraged and inspired me so much!! It’s worth every second and every penny!!!
