A little flow, yoga nidra and Sound journey ✨️🎶🧘‍♀️

Join me for this 90 minute relaxation of the nervous system. Yoga nidra (Yogic Sleep) has been shown to give you the equivalent of 3 hours sleep for only 20 mins! Be guided into a hypnotic state of rest where your subconscious will be guided through a deep relaxation for body and mind. Allow your stress levels to melt away and drift with the sounds of crystal singing Bowls, voice, drums and chimes.

No need for yoga experience, suitable for beginners ✨️🫶
