Some Things Are Meant To Be Shared
Sherrie Pruitt has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1993. Her own personal experience with Myofunctional Therapy began in 2011. Since that time she has taken numerous courses related to Orofacial Development, she is currently pursuing her Certification in Orofacial Myology through the IAOM.
She believes early detection is key to proper Craniofacial Development & utilizes her Certification as a Breastfeeding Specialist in conjunction with her training as a Myofunctional Therapist to help identify functional concerns in the youngest of clients.
From infancy to adulthood, her training as a Sleep & Well Being Specialist along with her Certification as a Health Coach help provide educated guidance to the individuals and families she works with. She collaborates closely with other like minded professionals and relies on these individuals as a knowledgeable referral base for her clients
The following is a list of services she provides in person with locations in both Gallatin and Goodlettsville, and in some cases via telehealth: Health Coaching, Orofacial Development Education, Lactation and Myofunctional Services including Pre-Frenectomy and Post-Frenectomy Care, Question and Answers regarding Tethered Oral Tissues and guidance on obtaining restorative Sleep.
