New Painting!
It’s been a little bit since I’ve posted but just finished this today.
In the midst of all the really cold weather we’ve been having, I’m feeling and remembering Autumn.
“Remembering Autumn” 30x30 acrylic on canvas.
Remembering the beautiful tree tops tinted in yellows, golds, browns, and oranges with a robins egg blue sky backdrop in the dreamy nature of my memory.

Was an amazing week at Omega!
💖Dinner with new friends and participants.
💖Working with talented, creative people in production setting up for Jon Kabat-Zinn silent week.
💖Sunsets
💖Beautiful Spring Flowers
💖Evening entertainment
💖Meeting Kyle Cease and Karen Curry Parker along with other lovely worshop faculty.
💖Being in team meetings sharing and laughing. Holding hands and chanting 3 aums before we start our day.
💖Loving our Factulty Support Team and random dance party breakouts. We’re not perfect and we don’t have to be.

I see how my conditioning created a dynamic of being SERIOUS about work.
I’m learning it doesn’t have to be that way.
It’s a dance, fun and exploration. 💃🏼💃🏼
