Grand Master Zhang In Fire Dragon Qigong, we become the Mythical, Magical fire Dragon, the Symbol of the Emperor! Part 1- becoming the Fire Dragon!

Qigong means "breathwork" in the form of exercises and practices designed to activate, increase and circulate the body's vital energies to create a heightened state of balance, serenity, and awareness that can expunge illness, imbalance and instability. The Dragon allows us to transform ourselves, using the purification of Fire to create good Health of Body, Mind and Spirit! Fire Dragon Qigong enables you to absorb Universal Energy, and to use it to remove Energy Blockages in the Meridians. It both strengthens and moves Qi in the Meridians and Internal Organs! Participants will benefit in several ways:

* Increases Blood Flow and Energy Flow throughout the entire body
* Clears Toxins
* Increases Oxygenation
* Reinforces the Immune System
* Replenishes Energy in the Five Major Organs
* Calms the Nervous System and Emotions

Fire Dragon Qigong has 3 parts to it, which are very beneficial for everyone, but in particular those who practice energy healing for others! We use our imagination and visualization to enhance our energy centers of the 3 Dantians. Part 2/3- we circulate the fire internally and externally to clear blockages of our Meridians via tapping and or brushing our limbs and torso Fire Dragon Qigong is a fun and safe way to clear ourselves, mentally, physically and emotionally!
