With very little exposure to Haematology on placement this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands on experience at national centres of excellence.
Students will shadow Haematologist from departments delivering the first CAR-T cell therapy in the UK, the largest bone marrow transplant centre and national leaders in thromboembolism/thrombophillia.
Students will be paired with a Haematologist mentor for 8 weeks specialising in either Malignant, Benign Haematology or both !
