A few quirky things about me (That Might Surprise You)
Because healing doesn’t have to be too serious. 😉

🌀 I go to Ojo Caliente to visualize my goals.
Yes, it’s luxurious—and yes, it totally works.

🌾 My home is full of art, herbs, and design books.
Think Dwell magazine… but with incense and needles.

💡 I once designed a meditation room inside a walk-in closet. Small space, big presence.

🥣 I make elaborate breakfasts like I’m auditioning for a cooking show. Mood: soft eggs, jade green tea, sunbeam.

🧶 In another life, I’m a budding fiber artist and potter.

🐕 We adopted our dogs through FOJR and they’re basically co-therapists. Sweet, loyal, and excellent at nap modeling.

🎭 I love dinner parties but will Irish goodbye if my nervous system says “nope.” Boundaries are the new black.

🕯️ I light a candle before every first patient of the day.
It’s a ritual of presence. And it smells amazing.
