Summer camp dates 2025:
🌎 EARTH CAMPJune 23rd-June27th
💧 WATER CAMP July 21st- July25th
🔥 FIRE CAMP Aug 4th-Aug 8th
🌬AIR CAMP August 18th-22nd

Mon -Fri 9am-1pm
Ages 6-14

( after care till 4pm upon request $15/hr single $20/hr sibling)

We meet here North Bend WA,
An off site adventures will be on the Friday of each Camp.
Location announced week before each camp.

Camps cost is:
$475 for 1 camp
Following Reduced rates for purchasing multiple camps counts towards siblings or single child attending multiple weeks.

$425/ 2 camps
$375/ 3 camps
$325/ 4+ camps.
Tax is included in price.

Only 8 spots left in each camp.

I OFFER Fitness and nutritional GUDIANCE, MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE MONTH IN MY ROLE AS A PERSONAL TRAINER
( 22 years experience)

This is done by a simple private FB group for support and information towards goal making.
All movement goals are a step forward.
All ages, levels welcome !
This is a judgement free space and is not a place if you seek competition however you're welcome to compete with yourself.
It is a place to get accountability and encouragement.

There is no cost.
April is a great month to start something if you're gearing up for behavior shifts, lifestyle adjustments or increasing your energy. Doing this in April can set the patterns that can bring results by summer for activities and enjoyment.
The focus is about HOW YOU FEEL! HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE YOURSELF AND HOW YOU CAN LOVE/ACCEPT ALL OF YOURSELF AS YOU ARE.💜
The emphasis is on morivation not on body shape or size, with healthier choices those changes naturally can occur.🌸🌸
This is a Shame free group.
It's private to create focus and connection through the process of setting goals, ex*****on, failure, success and analyzing them, reflecting and reconstructing them.

DAY CAMP OFFERING!
You're welcome to share to friends
No school on Monday Jan 15th for observance of Martin Luther King day.
9-3pm $85/kid ages 6-14
(sibling and bring a friend discounts )
Join us for this day of discussing the theme of
INTEGRATION
"The action or process of successfully joining or mixing with a group of different people "

We will be applying the lesson to our racial/cultural integration with playful group embodiment games as well as relating our integration to Nature with Morning altar practices and other styles of creative forest sculptures along with discussions around our impact on the earth and each other.

This will be held mostly outside and involves getting a bit dirty so please have kids
- dress warm for winter temps
-pack a lunch and snacks and full water bottle
-have extra clothes to change if wet or dirty
-proper shoes for being in the forest
