Yes I l know it's not a flattering photo of me taken by my daughter at dinner last night. If you knew me prior to a few months ago I would never be caught eating salad. But this journey has made me make better choices.I actually enjoy salads now😆. It is crazy the transformation I have had not only physically but also mentally. I spoke to Tiffany Owen recently and she said put on a shirt you had on prior to your journey and see the difference. I was shocked I knew I was smaller but I didn't realize I changed that much!

🥰 doesn’t hide at all

Then vs now. There is no question which of these girls is happier!

🌟Then:
-morbidly obese (BMI of 40.82)
-inflamed ankle/often needed “boot” in order to walk
-EXTREME acid reflux (like acid coming up my throat and choking me in the middle of the night bad)
-acne
-borderline diabetic
-lazy (often referred to as a sloth 🦥)
-ZERO self-esteem
-belly measurement=50.5 in
-hip measurement=54 in
-shirt size-XXL
-pant size-20/22 depending on brand

🌟Now :
-slightly overweight (BMI of 28.4)…still working on it
-no more ankle pain or limping around
-no more acid reflux and completely off Omeprazole
-clear skin
-stabilized blood sugar
-LOTS of energy
-confidence for the first time ever!
-belly measurement=22.5 in
-hip measurement=43 in
-shirt size-Medium
-pant size-10
