🎄 A Gentle Reminder This Christmas

For many bereaved families, Christmas doesn’t look or feel the same anymore.
The lights, the songs, the celebrations — they can all bring up a mix of emotions: sadness, longing, overwhelm, or even numbness.

Please be mindful that this season can be difficult for some. Not everyone is celebrating, and not everyone feels festive. A little kindness, patience, and understanding can go a long way 💛

And if you are one of the families like ours — grieving, remembering, navigating December with a heavy heart — please give yourself permission to do things differently this year.

✨ Set boundaries
✨ Choose what feels right for you
✨ Prioritise self-care, not pressure
