⭐⭐⭐⭐ £75 Nourish the Community: Cover the cost of a week’s communal meal for the whole group!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ £150 One to One Sessions: 1:1 Trauma-Informed Coaching Sessions Provide some one-to-one therapeutic coaching sessions from a trained trauma-informed practitioner to someone who is struggling. This is a service many cannot otherwise access easily.

The Community Wellness Company CIC is my 3rd spotlight of the day.

The Community Wellness Company CIC which runs weekly, currently alternating venues between Cefn Mawr and Trevor and is accessed by people across Wrexham.

"Real community spirit for the welfare of their fellow Wrexham community. Words are not enough to describe the contribution that these wonderful people, "GIVE" to their friends, neighbours & strangers, young or old, priceless."

"Community Wellness is a safe space, a wonderful opportunity for people to heal in the most natural way possible, by talking, by having your trauma explained, by learning to breath, explore nature, express your feelings in a very safe, secure and friendly way. GPs don’t have the time to offer this in their surgeries, and writing prescriptions might be a short term fix, but costly to the NHS and not the answer."
