Art Of Keto Cooking is a group for those who are interested in the Ketogenic Diet. We call it a diet but it is a way of life. It's not just about weight loss, it's about reversing diseases, having more energy, clarity, and a healthier attitude.

Do not post links to your own blogs or other Facebook groups.
1. Ask lots of questions. We all want to help you grow.
2. Please do not post ANY non-recipe links. There is so much misinformation out there, we just delete them automatically. If you do not adhere to this, you will be banned.
3. Please do not post links to any keto menus. Those are spam sites.
4. Please do not try to sell anything in the group. This means your own or any other link.
5. Please do not try to convince us to use keto drink products.
6. Please be kind to our fellow members.
7. If this group no longer serves your purpose and you choose to leave, we wish you well.
8. Cheating posts of any kind will be deleted. We expect you to take full responsibility for what goes into your mouth. Cheat posts that encourage others will result in immediate removal from the group. Supporting cheat posts will get you automatically removed as well.
9. If you are stuck or have a problem, please ask. We will be happy to help you out.
10. Please DO post recipe links. However, make sure that they are 100% keto-friendly before posting. Do not suggest ingredient substitutions. Non-keto recipes will be automatically deleted.
11. If anyone sends you a private message and starts selling you stuff, block them and let us know.

13. If we post an item that we recommend, please do not tell everyone it's expensive. If you don’t believe the product is for you, then please just don't say anything negative.
14. If you want to follow a post, check that specific post’s upper right hand corner for a caret down symbol. It looks like an arrowhead pointing downwards. Click on it and select “Turn on Notifications For Post”. Please do not type the letter “F” or the word “following” on the comment section of a post just to get notified. We want to keep post comments valuable for everyone in the group.
15. If an admin or moderator says that a product is not Keto, please do not respond with, "But it works for me."
