Art therapy and the sweet spot between expression and regulation is explored using a range of art materials.

There will be materials you like to use and some you prefer not to and some that you would actively avoid.

Allowing yourself to stretch your comfort zone when it comes to the way you make art can really help when it comes to confidence building, reducing anxiety and processing emotions in different ways.

What a legend

I was at the Buisness Mastery Live event on Sunday with and and was soooo good.

Levi Roots the founder of Reggae Reggae Sauce did a talk and he spoke about his life and story.
We hear messages to not compare to others and that ‘comparison is the thief of joy” and yet so many people struggle (myself included) with comparrisonitis…..but this hit different so Thankyou so so much for your words of wisdom and message of authenticity, growth and resilience.

The whole day was brilliant with so many amazing speakers including and who were just brilliant and I’m so happy to get to be in so many rooms like this because it helps me to grow.

I’ve more events to attend as a guest this year and even organising my own event in Leeds on 15th Nov- UNTITLED~ Creative Breakthrough Day- watch the linked vid for more info and click on the link in my bio to buy your ticket.
