Transformation Tuesday

145 lb squat vs 180 lb squat

Left- thinking everyone’s squat and form needed to be the same. Not knowing that everyone’s bodies needs different things to achieve a comfortable squat. Afraid to eat enough so I can lift more.

Right- knowing that a wider stance, knees over toes, and calories galore are the way to achieve my goals.
