"Know yourself as nothing. Experience yourself as everything" - Alan Watts
Just looking over the coast of Amalfi from Ravello. What a gift it is to be a human in this lifetime, to be in contact with all the parts of myself that I am, to remember my gifts and love my wounds, to travel the world and deepen my practices, to work on things that I feel deeply passionate about, to have a community, my sangha, that helps me deepen all of this more. What a fu***ng gift. Somedays none of this is easy but some days all of it is. I built this for me. I manifest this. For the future I am calling it in; I choose more ease, I choose more abundance, I choose to live in a way that brings me joy and breaks my generational cycles. I choose more peace and believe that I deserve it. It helps the world, and it helps me. I am everything and I am nothing. Deeply in my gratitude today. 🙏🫂❤️

"What a great time to meditate."
-Eckhardt Tolle
Sometimes you really just have to embrace the mess of traveling with your whole heart. Love it, meditate with it, move with it, dance with it. Find peace even in the chaos. I want to be in this world and find joy in all of it. Italy, the lessons of your messy chaos will always have my heart. ❤️🍕🍝🍆

Real freedom lies in wildness, not in civilization.
Charles Lindbergh
How do you embrace your wildness? I love conversations with my friends where we talk about how we embrace our feral nature and let it support our conscious growth. There is so much freedom to be found there. For me, my wildness is tied deeply to my intuition and instincts. Tuning in to my instincts work best for me when connected to my disciplines. For example, my cognitive intuition is more clear when my mind is tuned in and open from my meditation and breath work practices. Physically, my intuition, wildness and instinct are all also tied together with more receptivity when I am consistent in my movement practices and don't allow blockage or stagnation in my body. My body is a thinking, feeling wild instrument. There are so many ways to embrace our innate wildness and inner animal nature that are nourishing and supportive of our conscious development and building. When I feel most connected to my wildness, I feel like I understand what my mind needs, what my body needs and what the planet needs and how in sync those needs are. Can anyone else relate?

"Om Tare Tu Tare Tare Soha"
- Green Tara Mantra
A lot has been happening in my corner of the world lately. Big shifts. Beautiful changes. Deep inner work. One thing that has made it easier and helped me to find peace in all this chaos is deepening my . (pictured here) a goddess of compassion, has been a huge inspiration for me.🌺
The energy of this goddess, reminds me:
1. To have compassion with myself in situations of difficulties or suffering.
2. For me to not turn away from discomfort, but to observe it, change the way I view it and transmute it into something more beautiful, helpful or useful.
Sometimes I am the perpetuator of my own discomfort by turning away from things when I should lean in or by being hard on myself when things don't go perfectly. Neither of those things are serving me and they don't really serve anyone. It's all about ... with ourselves and others as we go through this life.

"Where there's smoke there's fire."
An idiom used to describe a situation where you should look at the signs and trust your instincts. After the internal work I have done the last few years my instincts speak to me louder than ever but even still sometimes I care too much to clearly read the signs. Recently, I have been in connection with someone who doesn't see all sides of me and doesn't make space for me in the fullness of my expression. Its become clearer and clearer to me. They like this version of me that is happy, dressed up, put together and polished at all times. They don't have space for me or fully accept me in my sadness, sickness, and full wildness. Some days I am lowkey, a tomboy, a savage, a mess, a warrior, or a goddess. I am my shadow and my light. But this is life. I don't desire to give access to my life for those who don't treat all parts of me with appreciation, respect and care.

"Sacred to***co is a gift from the creator, and it is intended to be used for the highest good." - Grandfather Tony Enos, Nipmuc Nation.
Grandfather to***co, one of my greatest teachers. Like many things that can change our life and help us, we as a consumer drive society have turned to***co into an addictive toxic commodity. BUT. Did you know that to***co has been used as a healing medicine in many countries all over the world? Most people don't. I used to smoke on and off for 15 years and didn't work with to***co like I do now. As someone who works in a world of rational minds as well as that of the spiritual, I feel I owe you a deeper explanation. All plants have energy and spirits that have some message to impart - if we want to make it simple and more scientific they all have different data and physical properties and can heal different aspects of the body and mind. To***co can be used as a powerful purgative, and clarifying medicine. It is a guide and a protector for me in healing spaces that deeply enhances my intuition. It helps me to sit in deep meditative states and clear my mind. When you use to***co in a ceremonial way and sit with the energy the plant provides the spirit of the plant will help you connect to deeper inner knowledge. Ask me more I encourage your curiosity.

n this universe, and this existence, where we live with this duality of whether we exist or not and who are we, the stories we tell ourselves are the stories that define the potentialities of our existence. We are the stories we tell ourselves.
Shekhar Kapur
Feeling into the duality of the life I live. From the concrete jungles of New York to the mountains of Peru. From entrepreneur and business woman to vegan, plant-medicine student. I spend my life telling stories through marketing but that doesn't mean it is easy to tell your own. There are so many polarizing aspects of my path that I am sitting with. Right now I am being with how to continue the merging of my personal life, passions, beliefs and work. The spaciousness needed to take the next steps in my growth and for my healing and how to be here with gentleness and patience... What a path to be on.
So grateful to my old friends and hosts in New York and what a beautiful trip to the big 🍎 I am glad time hasn't changed much between us 🙌🙏

Your body is a temple. Keep it clean and pure for the soul to reside in.
- B.K.S. Iyengar
This post is in celebration of my body. My temple. My vessel. As women, we receive so much shame for our bodies, we hide them, we are told it has to look a certain way to be beautiful. We are told it is our problem and to cover up when men approach us inappropriately. I cannot tell you how much I have struggled with my body over the years. I don't know a women who hasn't. I continue to realize conforming to these standards doesn't suit me. I celebrate my body today without shame. I took a moment before posting this photo because I didn't have words for it and considered the judgement. This week I was fighting with kidney stones and a kidney infection and it really took a toll. It was a strong reminder to never take this body or this life for granted. Not even for a moment. My body and my life are a gift. Even on the days where it is hard, I want to embrace it and love it more every day so I can live longer and love harder. So I can heal myself more. So I can share my gifts with the world in whatever big or small ways I am able. I am here with so much gratitude today🙏
More fun pics coming soon from my photoshoots the last few weeks. I have been a busy lady. Stay tuned.

We cannot be more sensitive to pleasure without being more sensitive to pain.
- Alan Watts
Had a beautiful year owning both my pleasures and my pains. Feeling into the full spectrum of my powerful divine self. Embracing ourselves in all of our being is how we grow and thrive.

Happy Women's Day to all the badass women in my life. I am creating a culture in my world, my life, my work where women supporting women is a crucial narrative. The minimization of the divine feminine, the repression of feminine sexuality around the world, the minimizing of reproductive rights, unequal pay, the view between women of each other as competition rather than collaboration, the compulsion to adhere to societies beauty standards ---- I could go on and on... I hope it ends with my generation. I am so tired of explaining to men who think we are "making it up" how it really feels like to be in a woman's shoes. The divine masculine needs to rise and meet us here. We are stronger together and we can do this.

! I am writing a book!!
Just wanted to share that update with you and this sweet travel pic. I am working on personal branding for some fine folks in the medicine space and contemplating the buddha. I feel relaxed and zen in my writing space listening to people walk and chant mantras.. If you had told me this is where I would be and this is what I would be doing six years ago I would have laughed at you. I started my company and worked 24/7 for years because I bought into that hustle lifestyle engrained in me from food beverage and hospitality culture. I wore my burn out like a badge of honor. I still work myself too much sometimes but also, I DO take time and mandate that balance. I call myself out when I am out of integrity and I surround myself with people who I INVITE (or demand? Lol) to do the same - for me and for themselves. I face my shadow and give it love. Overworking and burnout is a huge part of my shadow - lets call it what it is. Keeping busy and working hard (overworking) is a great "productive/virtuous" way to also keep your self from facing your own s**t. We have to live our lives in balance, realize when we aren't and take action. We don't just live to work. We can't escape our lives or problems through work. Even if we work on some awesome stuff, it's not an excuse for self-neglect. No project is worth your mental or physical health. My high-performing, ultra-smart, work-junkee friends and colleagues I see you. Let's talk. I want to hear your stories and your reasons for burnout. Cuz guess what? My book is on founder/startup burn out cycles. Yup, I know that topic well I promise. Book title coming soon. 😘😘😘
