At The Rockies Placement & Culture Exchange LLC (RPCE), we do things differently. Having been through the J1 culture exchange program ourselves, we understand what is important to a participant and host company. Thus, we find the common ground where both participants of the program gain the most out of the exchange program. We aim to create a fun and memorable culture exchange experience for our participants by helping them through the complex US immigration system and the culture differences. RPCE focuses on placing participants in Colorado as we believe in producing great memories for our participants, at the place that we call home. Our service(s) include, but are not limited to, placement for Participants and Host Company, visa sponsorship, optional 5-day orientation for Participants in Colorado, health insurance recommendation, accommodation search, interview guidance as well as providing customized resources to meet the needs of our participants. Being a boutique placement company, we place an importance on fast response time (within 1 – 2 business days) and exceptional service. Through our blog, we provide an insight to the J1 exchange program as well as good-to-know information for both our Participants and Host Company. We hope that you’ll have a wonderful J1 experience!
