Excited for this one!!! Saturday Nov 8 @ 9am

I hope all you yogis can make it! Back in your area at for a morning core and restore class. This one is fun. We will feel strong, energized and then well rested. Meet me .pt on Friday November 14 from 1-2pm for a lovely mama & me yoga class focused on sensory regulation, bonding and body awareness for both you and baby. Little ones as young as you’d like to bring them into the community up to pre-crawlers ❤️ we will do baby massage, learn language and tools to cultivate co-regulation, and build self-compassion for your journey of motherhood.
