I've started bringing an eye pillow with me into my studio practice, as I realized it was my favourite part about my home practice. I find a deeper savasana, a deeper rest, and less resistance at the end of my class when I used an eye pillow over my eyes.

I've been reading this quote in my classes all week. It's a simple way of reminding us to focus on the journey over the pushing to the destination.

Have you ever been on a hike just to find yourself skipping admiring the trail, or saying "the view better be worth it", just to get to the end? (Guilty!)

How much sweeter could the view be if we appreciated our choices, our steps, and our effort that lead us to it?

✨Special Holiday Donation Yoga Class ✨

This is the third year I'm offering a holiday yoga class, raising funds to donate to 🥰

This year I'm offering one virtual yoga class on Sunday, Dec 4th at 11 AM! Class is Strong & Soft, mixing hatha and yin practices for a class that encourages self connection before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.

Entry is by donation on a sliding scale, pay what you can model, with a suggested amount of $10-$20 per person.
