Having a kiddo diagnosed with EOE has been a game changer for us. Sometimes you want those comfort foods or fast food, but you are limited. Due to all of the allergies. So that being said I am working on perfecting a great chicken nugget seasoning. Plus a ranch dip. This go around was a kid tested ans mother approved moment. The ranch was completely plant based ans 6 rood elimination friendly. The nuggets are also egg, nut, wheat, dairy, and soy free. Also the vegan simple truth frozen waffles at kroger is pretty tasty.

So I read this and while weightloss surgery can be a game changer, being non driven to do the work will do nothing. You will lose weight and fall back into thr old habits you are not motivated to kick and you gain the weight back. People have glorified weightloss surgery, it has amazing benefits, but it is not the easy way to lose weight. It takes cab/calorie/portion control, working out, getting the mental health help needed to assist you, determination, and other things to work in unison. I remember being embarrassed of having thr surgery. That I was lazy and yeah I was. Gastric sleeve was my reset and I am now smaller than I have been in most of my life.
