Fuel good, feel good.
If you’re looking for a Sunday reset, I’d love to share what a day of eats looks like in my world with a few go-to grocery staples to get you started. 🍳🥑🥩
I don’t count macros. I don’t track calories.
I cook. I taste. I listen.
I eat to feel energized, strong, satisfied & steady - every single day.
A typical day of food for me looks like this:
🥩 Protein with every meal. Think: grass-fed steak, free-range eggs, wild salmon, ground beef or chicken.
🍠 Unprocessed carbs from the earth. Sweet potatoes, squash, fruit, jasmine rice.
🥥 Healthy fats. Raw whole milk, avocado, olive oil, macadamia nuts, grass-fed butter.
🥬 Seasonal veggies & fermented foods. Leafy greens, kimchi, sauerkraut.
🧂 Flavor boosters. Fresh herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, pickled peppers, nutritional yeast, sea salt (always).
Cooking is one of my favorite rituals - it grounds me, connects me to my body, and sets the tone for my week. Sundays are the perfect day to reset, restock, and realign with how you want to feel.
💡 TIP: Make one or two batch-cook meals (a protein + carb base), prep some veggies, and stock your fridge with real, whole foods you want to reach for.
