- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 portobello mushrooms, minced
- 4 ounces can diced green chilies [use diced jalapenos if desire more spicy]

- 2 cups Water
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

Berry Banana Breakfast Smoothie - Yummy😋

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup mashed banana
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup soy milk
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 container vanilla yogurt

Preparation:
Take yogurt in your favorite flavor and add 1 container to your blender. Add in the berries,banana,soy milk and blend. Top your glass with a few graham cracker crumbs and serve.
