So what a week !! I’ve had the confirmation that I am now a qualified level 4 yoga teacher, 18 months of training under the amazing teacher with the alongside our amazing class of amazing souls, it’s been an incredible journey and is just the start I can’t wait to see where the path turns next. Then at the beginning of the week I met a new buddy who got lost in the weather front from her race. Bev (the pigeon) landed next to me in Dorset and we hit it off straight away she spent the week with me being fed and watered gaining strength before making her way back to the West Midlands. So long Bev safe flight 🙏🙏🐦🙏🙏
