A huge THANK YOU to our amazing team for putting on a powerful and informative Community Support Worker Summit!

Together, we dove into the pressing realities of our field—from budget shortfalls and unit reductions to maximizing quality care with limited resources. Our team shared important updates on:
• Medicaid funding projections and the impact on services
• The authorization process for supplemental CSP units
• Proper use of AI for efficiency, documentation, and HIPAA compliance
• Community engagement & ethical recruitment strategies
• Understanding the current landscape to stay resilient and responsive

We are grateful to every community support worker who showed up ready to learn, share, and grow. You are the heart of this mission. As Dr. Wes Jones said, “Together, with faith as our compass and unity as our strength, we will transform adversity into opportunity.”
