Our Vision
As a lover of tech, Phoenix Electronics owner and founder has purchased hundreds of products all over Amazon, ebay and other bargain sites; he always preferred to buy off-brands, the no-names because the name-brands were always really expensive and the other cheaper brands seemed to be very similar products. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case.
A majority of the time, off-brands are made with cheap plastic, weigh a 1/4 of the weight, and don’t always perform at the same level and standard as well known brands. In fact, a majority of these products seem to break within a year, sometimes even within a months time of use.
At Phoenix Electronics, we take our time to research trusted suppliers, and meticulously test every product to make sure it meets the Phoenix Standard. And if the product doesn’t meet our customers’ expectations, we promise to do everything in our power to make it right.
