If there is a competent court in the country, it can be started with those South Sudanese who were killed and murdered in 2013. Thousands of them were killed by men in uniform through the directives of the government top officials.

Rather than the same government organising a move to attack the youth in Nasir by its own in order to apprehend the innocent ones who were brought to implement the peace in Juba.

In my view, there is a difference between the white army and the SPLA IO forces. Let us not put the white army treason on government officials. Because the government has even started bombarding Nasir, Fangak, and Mayom, since then, is that one not enough for the government to settle it out? Or do we bring the government officials to book?

And who will be held accountable for the death of innocent South Sudanese people killed in Nasir, Fangak, and Mayom bombardment?

Therefore, the South Sudanese court will not solve this case fairly. I need an international court of justice to handle the case. I'm starting it with one of 2013, 2016, and 2025 incidents, where all leaders are brought to book.

Dear Hon.James Hoth,

I hope this message finds you well and in good faith. I am writing as a concerned member of the Nuer community to respectfully call for your voluntary resignation as Chairman of the Nuer Community in Juba.
It is with great disappointment that I address the ongoing challenges facing our community, including issues of security, economic hardship, cultural preservation, and the repeated displacement and bombardment of our civilian population. Regrettably, your leadership has not adequately addressed these critical concerns. Instead, we have observed a lack of decisive action to unite our community, engage stakeholders, or work toward reconciliation and solutions to these pressing issues. Of particular concern was your recent speech in Juba, where, rather than condemning the government for the bombardment of innocent Nuer civilians, you placed blame on our people in the villages.

This stance is deeply disheartening and fails to reflect the leadership of our community desperately needs during these challenging times. Additionally, your response to the designation of our counties as hostile, by Mr. Elia Lumoro, you were condemned the wrong person leaving the main causative one, and your condemnation dead on arrival without any response from the government you are saved.
further underscores a leadership approach that does not align with the needs and aspirations of our community.

The Nuer community has been disorganized for too long, and the absence of meaningful efforts to convene stakeholders, foster reconciliation, or address systemic challenges has only deepened our struggles. We believe it is time for new leadership that can effectively advocate for our people, protect our rights, and address the urgent issues we face.

For the sake of our community’s unity and progress, I respectfully urge you to step down voluntarily and allow others with the vision and capability to lead us forward to take on this critical role.

Thank you for your past service to the Nuer community. I hope you will consider this call in the spirit of advancing the collective interests of our people.

BREAKING NEWS 🚨

An intense fighting erupted in Ethio-South Sudan bordering point between SSPDF forces and Ethiopian police forces.

Local sources reported that the SSPDF forces reportedly initiated shelling a densely populated civilians area across the river on the border side of Burebiey-Ethiopia.

In response, the Ethiopian police forces returned fires on the SSPDF forces across the South Sudan side of the river and intense exchanges of gunfire between SSPDF forces and Ethiopia police intensified.

This is the first major incident involving military clashes erupted between Ethiopia police forces and South Sudan soldiers at their joint borders, since the arrival of SSPDF soldiers, who appeared to be indisciplined, showed recklessness and acting as armed civilians who happened to be in military uniforms and with military equipments.

This is developing story.
