38hrs - In-Person Aerial Yoga Training and Anatomy
10hrs - Philosophy and Teaching Methodology
16hrs - Self-work; writing sequences, assignments & reading
20hrs - Personal practice hours
1hr - Teaching practicum

We are thrilled to share that our instructors Erin Wells and Nicole Nance have teamed up to offer Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Erin, with three previous trainings under her belt, has invited Nicole to join her on this exciting journey. Prepare to dive into a new adventure exploring aerial yoga, creativity, and building a community together.

AYTT 85-Hour

Starts on Saturday, January 18, 2025
Yoga Alliance CE course.

8 in-person training days
from 9:30 am-4 pm.
