Feeling the need to share this post.
Recently lost someone… he may have decided to end his own life… perhaps it was not the happiest life he has dreamt of but regardless why did he felt the need to end it? He was not from my close circle, but that doesn’t matter… lost life… lovely man… many tears shed by his loved ones… many questions - unanswered …
Please find someone to talk to if life gets too much, too overwhelming, or simply not enough… it’s ok NOT to be ok, we’ve all been there at some point. Emotions may not always be easy to deal with, yet, as the word suggests, they are E-nergy in MOTION and that’s something we can work with.
Love and light, I hope you find peace 🙏🏻❤️☀️
Men hurt & break too
Men, Be the change,
Talk to your mates about what really counts.
Talk about what’s really going on with you.
Don’t hide behind the false masculine tough guy bravado & sport talk.
Men feel just as much as women.
Men have struggled just as much as women.
Men make mighty sacrifices of self to be the provider, the stoic strength of the family.
Men have been cruelly turned into desensitised killing machines for war.
Men have been told since they were little boys to “toughen up you are a man” or “big boys don’t cry”.
Toughen up, don’t be perceived as being weak, sensitive, emotional.
Don’t dare connect to your feminine side & berate any male that is more feminine or outwardly gay.
Men suffer in silence...........
Men, we want to see you release those mighty burdens that sit on your shoulders.
That overwhelming programming that you always have to be strong to be a man.
It’s not weakness to say I’m not ok.
In fact it takes great strength & courage to finally surrender & feel vulnerable.
That’s you finally saying, “I’m ready to love me & I need your help & support for a change.
I’ve been too strong for too long”.
Please help me............
And we will,
We are waiting,
We are here with hearts & arms wide open to love you back whole again.
Your women will love, honor, nurture & protect her man, her family, her home, as she steps up to protect her world & man while he rests & heals.
Because she knows, that together their empire is made & falls.
Together you love, respect, trust, support, help, encourage & embrace each other.
A mutually beneficial, conscious & prosperous relationship is born.
Men, you are not alone,
