When you may ask? 🧐 This SATURDAY at 5pm!
Stay for an optional Reset group session… Wanna bring a friend? Just make sure they sign up using the link in our bio!

To make the most of this event, be sure to bring what you’ll need for your post-yoga recovery sesh and a yoga mat. We can’t wait to see you there ! 😊

Heated yintensity is a new class where we slow the flow down with standing postures and passive stretches to focus on foundations of alignment, get into a deep stretch to build strength and flexibility to release muscle tension. Come heat up and flow, class is beginners friendly 🧘🏾‍♀️

-Teaching on the ASU Stadium Coca Cola Sun Deck on Tuesday October 24th at 6pm. Class will also be live-streamed on YouTube so that you can practice from anywhere. Yoga class is free and beginners friendly, come practice 🧘🏾‍♀️

- and I are hosting our second public live jazz and yoga class. Class includes a one hour yoga practice with live jazz piano music. $15 exchange, DM to book. Come get centered before the holidays 🦃🎄

My next public yoga class will be held on October 23rd at 7:15pm .
