The honest truth?…

You are constantly choosing the life you’re living

You’re choosing what you prioritise,
what you spend energy and money on,
what you ✨BELIEVE is possible for yourself✨ (this is the big one!)

I spent a lot of years feeling stuck, unsatisfied and tired. Believing that this was ‘just normal life’

But I was CHOOSING to believe that, without realising it

I was choosing to believe I didn’t deserve the life experience I really wanted,

that it “just wasn’t possible” for someone like me. That people would laugh if I tried to change

When the shock of realising my life was MY responsibility, so too did an immense amount of FREEDOM

If it was my job to make me happy, I didn’t have to wait for things to change, I could CHOOSE change

And even if people were surprised, annoyed or triggered by me, it was MY CHOICE whether I stayed small, or continued on

➡️ I want you to start seeing everything as choice. The actions, but also the REACTIONS to what life throws your way

Let’s be honest - not everyone is gonna like you changing

when you start to make different choices for you and you alone, it’s going to disrupt OTHERS around you

Is this always easy to manage? No
Is this your problem to fix? Also, no

We’ve been led to believe that a ‘successful’ life should look a certain way:

the hours you clock up per day
how you spend your time
your lifestyle
your environment
your routine

Following the norm keeps everyone feeling safe (and frustrated together)

So whenever you get clear on the essence of the life you ACTUALLY want - the authentic essence - things might start looking very different to what people expect of you

Maybe you start putting more energy into YOU…
- little or large random hobbies
- a new course or programme
- a career shift
- a relationship shift
- a new home
- getting rid of a home
- new beliefs,
- a new religion, spirituality

A new way of being YOU 💫

When I got clear on the essence I wanted my life to have, I changed

I started to be in the sea more, be in nature, i made new friends, my social life changed, I invested in my growth + mentorship, I left my teaching job, I started a business, I moved into a new space, and the list goes on..

With every decision I made, I came back to my authentic code. It was my filter. It helped me to see where I was living from ‘shoulds’ instead of ‘wants’

This has led to me helping more and more woman do the same. To dig into their true desires, and build the courage to take action 💫

It’s not easy, but it is SO WORTH IT

Because here I am, in my garden (again) loving my freedom, rejecting a guilt trip, knowing I love the work I do and allowing myself to bask in that bliss 🌞

That is what we are here for: to follow our EXCITEMENT ✨ and ENJOY where it leads us 🌍

Jet setter or travelling soon? ✈️

Flying is a BIG stress on the body. Ever notice yourself more tired, pale skinned, or dehydrated after flying? 🥴

There’s a few different things going on: circadian rhythm disruption from time zone changes: lots of time without natural light ☀️ and excessive artificial light 💡

There’s also a lot of electro-magnetic stress happening in the background as airports are a hub of signals and scanners flying about the place! ⚡️ Even though we can’t see these wavelengths, they affect our body and deplete our system

So how can we best prepare our beautiful systems ahead of all of this? 💗

1. 👓 Blue light blocking glasses: Support your circadian rhythm by blocking artificial light, especially when it’s dark outside

2. 🦶 Ground like mad: harvesting as many electrons / negative charge / voltage is a great way to build up your supply of protective goodness ⚡️

3. 🐠 Seafood: another way to load up on electrons & DHA to protect against the oxidative stress of flying. Oysters are incredible, but if you’re not good with them (like me) any and all other seafood is a great option ✅

4. 🧬 Homeopathic remedies: these provide a protective frequency for the body to support your system following flight / body scanning / radiation stress. Take a day before travelling, the of, and a few days after. I use

💫 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ‼️ - enjoy your travel!! Avoid excess stress or worry over the negatives of the journey. The emotional stress alone can be just as much of a burden as the travel itself!

going from being the child that worried about MANY things, being told the worrying was ‘silly’, and keeping it all packed down inside

to crying A LOT now, happy/sad/scared tears included, has been MEDICINE 💫

My body was holding a lot. All of our bodies hold a lot.

And to let it release and detox with this work I do, the friendships I have, and this lifestyle that I use to nurture myself, is what has made me feel better ❤️‍🩹

I hope that you can start allowing yourself to move from FIXING to FEELING 🙏

You know I will always love a lymphatic flush… but sometimes what we really need is a good cry, a hot shower and an early night 💜

(sauna helps too… most of the time x)
