👋 👋 hi hi, I’m Nicole!
a lot of new faces here lately, so I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself.

To all the new NN followers—welcome! I’m a holistic nutritionist with 11 years of experience and a deep passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

A little bit about me:
✨I work 1-on-1 with clients and absolutely love what I do
✨I have been gluten and dairy free for almost 20 years!
✨I recently shared my very personal (and pretty unique) story of how I healed my ulcerative colitis through FMT- you can read the full story on blog (linked in bio)
✨My dream is to launch my own product one day… something might be in the works 🤐
✨I’m holistic, but realistic (my motto)
✨I love baking low-sugar, GF DF treats- you will find a lot of my recipes here!
✨Movement is my medicine- I love staying active
✨I’ve been called the Product Queen because I’m always on the hunt for the best new GF DF healthy finds on the market that are NN approved (clean ingredients are a must!)
✨I would LOVE to see the gorillas in Rwanda one day
✨Oh and when I’m not working or baking, you’ll probably see me at a Raptors game!
