Statewide Mega Health Mela was organised at IG Park ,Itanagar on 1st October'2024,Hon'ble Minister Sh Biyuram Wahge as Chief Guest at inaugural session with signatories like Pawan Kumar ,Commissioner,Talo Potom DC,Dr Riken Rina DHS,Dr Moji Jin Director TRIHMS,Dr Amping Perme DFW,Dr Hage Ambing DME,Dr Kipa Tuglik ,DMO,Mary Tanyang CO ,Dr Krishna Welly ,DRCHO cm Event Organiser with hosts of other dignatories, the mela covered about 1600 plus beneficiaries.

SEVA PAKHWADA ,a Free Health Camp cm Health Awareness Camp was organised at Borum Commmunity Hall on 23rd September'2024 in collaboration with District BJP unit ,Where Hon'ble MLA Sri Techi Kaso launched "Seva Pakhwada in presence of DMO Dr Kipa Tuglik,DRCHO Dr K Welly with gust of signatories.

A one-day workshop on Urban Immunization Strengthening under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM), organized by the DHS-ICR in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), was held at the State Training Hall, C-Sector, Naharlagun, on 23rd September 2024.

Today on 28th July'2024,World Hepatitis Day was observed across the entire capital region in 16 different health facilities by screening hepatitis B & C. About 1114 people screened for hepatitis B & C. Out of which 16 were Hepatitis B positive & 4 were Hepatitis C positive. Positives cases will be referred to Model Treatment Centre ,TRIHMS for further treatment & management of cases. Under National Viral Hepatitis Control Programme ( NVHCP),,,Screening ,diagnosis, viral load lest and medical for Hepatitis is free of cost. Appeal all to get free check up for Hepatitis in any Govt health facilities & get free treatment. 🙏🙏🙏

Today on 12th July'2024 ,Hon'ble Health Minister Sh BR Waghe & Advisor to Health Minister Dr Mahesh Chai had review meeting about status of health system of Arunachal Pradesh with DMOs & DRCHOs of entire state. The HM announced to start "Mission Primary Health Centre " where primary health centre will be given top priority in its human resources, infrastructures and equipments according to IPHS norms,his team will have one more sitting with DMO/DRCHO soon to take stock of needs by each health facilities ,possibly may visit each health facilities .
It's a sign of good start to revamp health scenario of our state.

Source reduction is the biggest tool without any cost to stop & prevention vector borne diseases like Dengue,Malaria etc. It is an appeal to all public to do source reduction by yourself for your compound & colony as shown in photos attached ,it costs nothing but saves life ,most importantly out of pocket expenses .
Let's all adopt this technic & prevent dengue disease in ICR,State and across country 🙏

New PHC at Dobam being run under the banner of Ayushman- Health & Wellness Centre is doing her best to cope up with rest of the established health centre's of ICR under the MO In-charge of Dr Tad Mary. The centre was constructed long time back by former HMLA Tana Hali from MLADS , the health centre could not be under DMO- ICR because of some administrative issue,later it was resolved .
Let's all work together to change capital health scenario 🙏

Today on 9th July'2024,,,,Finally new Health & Wellness Centre which was acquired from Jollang Youth under the initiatives & collaborative effort of ICR health staffs with jollang panchayat leaders was inaugurated by Guest of honour of programne Shweta Nagarkoti IAS,DC -ICR ,ZPM Taro Tagia as Chief guest HMLA Techi Kaso could not attend owing to VVIP visits at state. The former HWC at Birup was in dilapidated condition due to water logging & no drainage sustem .The inaguration was carrued out by DMO -ICR Dr Kipa Tuglik,DRCHO-ICR Dr Krishna Welly,DSO-ICR Dr Giri Tali,DPO( NVBDCP) Dr Dominic Lokam,DANO Dr Usha Devi ,HA Gyamar Taku ,MO incharge chimpu Dr Kipa Jitu,HWO Jollang Junuma Murtem & host of officers & officials from district & HWC jollang.

Today on 30th June'2024 ,Doctors Day Celebration Committee of Arunachal Pradesh have planted a trees / shrubs in a stretch of NH 415 near IMA house Papu hill to commenorate the Doctors Day on 1st July'2024..The theme " Plant a tree,Beat the heat " It's to promote the initiative of national programme for climate change and human health .
This stretch of divider is adopted by Indian Medical Association Arunachal Pradesh branch about 2 years back with continues plantation & maintenance .
