Yoga and hiking retreat with Footsteps Adventures 👣
When: Sept 20-23, Fri to Mon. 3 nights , 4 days
Where: Carlyle lodge, located in the Selkirk mountains. Hike in access from Sandon. 6km, 2000" elevation gain. Aprox time 3.5hrs
Details:
~Yoga twice a day with sunrise and sunset practice. Out door alpine meadow platform, and cozy indoor mediations. Varied styles led by Leah & Cailea
~Guided hikes each day of varied distances depending on weather and group dynamics. Fall will be cooler with less bugs with gorgeous larch stands turning gold 💛
~Shared lodge accomodation ( 2 to a room) Full kitchen, beds, pillows and duvets. Sauna and shower ☆participants bring their own linnens, ie: sleep sheet or light sleeping bag and pillow case.
~catered meals complete with appies and desserts. Portered in. ☆participants bring in their own breakfast and trail lunch items.
~the weekend is infused with ceremony and ritual around the autumn equinox and earth magic. 🤎
