Hands up who feels like this ☝🏻 I have been obsessed with sleep ever since I had my son (he is now 6 so that is a lot of time to be obsessing over sleep) It began with his sleep and now that I am entering the roller coaster world of the peri menopause I have become slightly obsessed with my own.

And I think I've started to crack it, I can say hand on heart that my sleep is pretty blinking good most of the time 🤞🏻
