# Healthy Benefits of Ragi

.Ragi or finger millet has the highest calcium content of all millets.
It is a good source of dietary fiber, minerals, and protein. It can help control many diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and many more

Ragi banana smoothie drink 🍹🥤

Ingredients:
. Finger Millet/Ragi Flour - 2 Tbsp
.1 Big Banana Chopped🍌
.1 Cup Milk🥛
.Honey - 1 Tbsp🍯
. Water - 1 Cup
. Chopped dryfrits /
Instructions:
.First take ragi flour in a small bowl. Add half cup water & mix well to dissolve lump.
Add half cup water in the pan. Boil this water. Add mixture we made in the bowl. Stir well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes to cook ragi.
.Let it cool down. Blend ragi mixture, banana, honey and milk in a blender. Add the dryfrits. Smoothie is ready to enjoy.🍹

Ots Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
.1 apple🍎 1 cup of oats 4-5 dryfrits almonds , cashew nuts .🥛Skimmed milk or (Non-fat Greek yogurt)
½ cup of water
Firstly, wash and cut your apple into small chunks, collect the juice. Set aside, and cut dryfrits.
Secondly, combine the ingredients in a blender. Pour in the sliced apples, the oats, , and add water.
After that, blend all ingredients until the consistency is smooth. Add the cut dryfrits, At this point your weight loss smoothie is ready.

Serve and enjoy🥤🍹

2 small glass of water
2 inch Cinnamon (Dal Chini)
2 Cloves (Laung)
1/2 small Teaspoon Fennel (saunf)
2 inch Giloy
1 long pepper (Pillow)
1/2 inch Raw Turmeric /Turmeric power
1 kali Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon ginger power

Recipes

Boil all the ingredients in 2 small glasses of water for approx 3 to 5mins till the consistency thickens and water reduces to approx a cup. Have it hot like you would have your tea/coffee.
