Ingredients: Sliced ham, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob, black rice.

Dressing: Olive oil & black pepper.

3. Creamy Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients: Chicken chunks in creamy mushroom sauce, boiled potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes.

Dressing: Light garlic cream sauce.

4. Salmon & Egg Veggie Bowl

Ingredients: Grilled salmon, boiled potatoes, steamed broccoli, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black rice, boiled eggs.
