April and May was a lot. A mix of heavy, busy and growth for me personally. I’m not sure where either of those months have gone!

A lot like these peonies I’m not quite ready to go full Summer mode but my energy is slowly harmonising and coming back.

But I’m moving into new perspective, my energy is slowly coming back.

And I’m excited to share that I’m now a Pro instructor 🙌🏼 (Practitioner level uploading too) This means some exciting changes to how I coach, all for the better! Who is ready to shift their energy and mindset 🙋🏻‍♀️

I feel inspired and excited about what is to come…especially building in aha moment that I had whilst training.

Now time to journey so on my vision, goals for June-August. How’s your jumpstart June going?

Client G - session 2 👥

Client G’s coaching journey continues. This client is overall looking to wave goodbye to their imposter syndrome having started a new role and feeling very much not good enough (spoiler: she is 💯 good enough).

A compassionate reminder here that everyone’s journey will be different. This client has put in daily work in between sessions, putting tools into practice and reflecting. That’s not always possible for everyone and even with the work tackling confidence is extremely personal. Nor am I a believer or promiser that confidence will come and the imposter will be wiped up, rather we can develop tools and strategies that help us step into confidence, expand our comfort zone and manage our inner imposter. So if your journey feels more bumpy than client G’s this is normal!
