Remember: Not all of these places require any money at all, if you're worried about that then I'd recommend my favourite to do's on my extreme budget recently.

Which would be a nice country park or local park with some cheap snacks, like homemade cupcakes or homemade cordial ice lollies (yes even in winter if you dare) bring a cold coffee! Ices lattés are all the rave. Or if you have a flask then a hot beverage is perfect for this weather, and if you have kids or even if you don't- ASDA are selling a just essentials instant hot chocolate for £1.02 and you'll get atleast 15 hot choccies out of it and it would be perfect no matter where you choose to go. Bring a hot flask and some mugs, and watch your mood increase as you look on at the scenery.

The thought of speed walking down the streets, to me Is incredibly daunting. However once its completed you feel all the more better, besides the tight chest, and maybe the painful heels of your feet. Its well worth it. Let the first step to improving your mental health literally be: TAKING THE FIRST STEP! 😁🤗

If you're an individual however that doesn't mind the bodyache as much and you don't need to teach yourself to love the outside world again, then throw on some comfy shoes and make the most of the daylight during this dull time of year.

If you do need help loving yourself and the world again, go find some pretty scenery, maybe even ditch the comfy shoes and throw on your best clothes and feel good about your damn self. Go sit on a bench and take some snacks or a book. If you're struggling with your appetite this is a great start. Not only will you be forced to take some steps, possibly giving you a little bit more of a need for some healthy substance, you'll be in the company of your snacks- so why not eh?

I understand that you may be like me, In the way that you get certain anxious tendencies outside the house if you don't have money with you. And I certainly myself, understand that money can be a big cause of bad mental health- so if you find yourself in this position I will be adding some articles on some extremely cheap snacks recipes and some that I myself have even made with food bank goods or super cheap Ingredients.
