I can’t stress it enough- lift weights!!

Cardio is great for cardio vascular and will burn calories during that cardio workout.

BUT- lifting weights will build lean, calorie burning muscle and completely change your body composition. You’ll also be burning calories ALL. DAY. LONG. 🙌🏻

I looove the strength workouts because they are 30 minutes, can be done at home or the gym, and are so effective!

If you’ve ever felt like this, I promise there’s hope.

This is coming from the girl that would beat herself up for indulging and promise that she would make up for it the next day with more cardio and less food.

Newsflash! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I don’t recommend cutting out any foods from your diet.

Eliminating pizza, cookies, wine, isn’t sustainable and honestly, who wants to live like that? Not to mention the tricks it plays on your mind when you start depriving yourself of things.

I’m a big fan of the 80/20 approach to fat loss. Fueling your body 80% of the time with whole food nutrition and leaving the other 20% for the things you love.

I’m grateful for a lifestyle where I can still enjoy all the things while making progress towards my fat loss goals and I want that for you as well!
