Practical Remedy - Online Counseling and Coaching I probably swear too much, am too skeptical, and I don't keep a pair of pom-poms in my office to cheer you on and tell you to think positive.

I’m a firm believer in using evidence-based interventions, meaning we know they work. I probably swear too much, am too skeptical, and I don’t keep a pair of pom-poms in my office to cheer you on and tell you to think positive. I help people with trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues effectively. Other than that I’d just be spouting a bunch of jargon that means nothing unless you work in the field. I offer a down to earth approach, with no hocus pocus. My goal is to help people live the life they want. I work with individuals to adjust their relationship with unwanted thoughts and emotions that are barriers to change. I help people free themselves from anxiety’s hold, thrive in relationships, achieve career goals, navigate challenging transitions, learn to say no and find what motivates them. If you’re not satisfied with your quality of life, therapy is worth a try, even if you’re skeptical about it.
