Our Common Goals – Working Together

Families, schools, early childhood settings and health advocates share a common goal: a passion for ensuring children have access to nourishing, enjoyable meals that support their growth and learning.

By understanding the challenges families face and offering practical, non-judgemental support, we can work together to make nourishing lunchboxes the norm.

Whether it’s through sharing recipes, providing tailored resources, or simply creating an inclusive environment, small actions can lead to big changes. Let’s continue the conversation and inspire positive lunchtime experiences for the next generation.

Yesterday I joined the parents in a healthy lunch box session, as part of the QCWA Dimbulah Country Kitchens Healthy Lunch Box Presentation. The recipes went down a treat and the parents got to sample the Spinach Ham and Egg Rolls Ups & Carrot and Pineapple cake, for healthy lunch box options. If you would like to try these recipes, check out the links in the comments.

Calling all children who turn 5 by 30th June, 2025 and their parents/carers. Looking forward to seeing you all on Friday!
