Valentine’s Day can be joyful for some and challenging for others in eating disorder recovery. A little awareness and compassion go a long way.

Join us for a unique and playful way to connect with fellow iaedp members! This member-only event begins with a 50-minute goat yoga class, followed by coffee at Refuge Coffee next door to relax, laugh, and continue meaningful conversations with colleagues.

This experience is designed to offer community, movement, and connection outside of a traditional clinical or educational setting—because relationship-building matters too.

📅 Date: Friday, March 6

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM

🧘‍♀️ Activity: 50-minute Goat Yoga class

☕ Afterwards: Coffee and casual networking at Refuge Coffee

👥 Capacity: Limited to 15 iaedp members

💲 Cost: $25 (registration and payment required)

Spots are limited and expected to fill quickly. Registration is required to attend.
