I want you to use this rephrase of the old saying "practice makes perfect" because in reality there is no such thing as perfect - and aiming for perfect and not reaching it is a recipe for giving up.
I often hear clients resist in implementing new changes to their health and wellbeing because they fear they won't be able to do them perfectly - well as a professional I am here to tell you that doing any health practice is just that a PRACTICE, something that will improve the more you do it!

As someone who suffered from debilitating period pains most of my menstrual life, this fact hit me HARD! When I discovered this wasn't normal I went on a journey to find out how to soothe PMS and period pains, which then led me to train as a Menstrual Cycle Coach.

Just because something is common it doesn't make it normal and I want women everywhere to know this. If you or someone you know has cycle challenges such as PMS or painful periods please reach out to me, because it really doesn't have to be this way!

It's and I want to raise the implications ED's have on menstrual health 🩸🩸🩸

🩸66% - 84% of females with anorexia nervosa experience amenorrhea (loss of period).
🩸A further 6% to 11% will experience light or infrequent menstrual periods.
🩸Approximately 7% to 40% percent of females with bulimia nervosa report menstrual cycle irregularities.
🩸 Younger adolescents with ED's may experience a delayed start of their first period.

These stats are SCARY! The ramifications of poor menstrual health effect so much more then just your fertility, it can affect your hair, skin, digestion, skeleton, brain AND heart health!

As a female your period is your 5th vital sign because it is VITAL to your health!
