It’s been a while….
Life has a way of keeping you busy so then how do we manage a healthy balance? Let me tell you,it’s hard. I find myself doing good for a while and then all of a sudden I’m back to focusing on the stresses or challenges and not on the balance or the right focus.
So what can we do? Welp, you start again.
Don’t stay down. Be aware and mindful and make choices everyday that will positively impact you and not negatively.
For me….I try to do these daily.
Wake up early
Movement
Time with God
It’s best because of my schedule to get up early and do it,otherwise as the day and responsibilities progress…I’ve found my needs tend to go to the wayside.
We have to be intentional with self care and healthy living.
Keep getting up and keep trying.
