It’s been a while….
Life has a way of keeping you busy so then how do we manage a healthy balance? Let me tell you,it’s hard. I find myself doing good for a while and then all of a sudden I’m back to focusing on the stresses or challenges and not on the balance or the right focus.
So what can we do? Welp, you start again.

Don’t stay down. Be aware and mindful and make choices everyday that will positively impact you and not negatively.

For me….I try to do these daily.
Wake up early
Movement
Time with God

It’s best because of my schedule to get up early and do it,otherwise as the day and responsibilities progress…I’ve found my needs tend to go to the wayside.

We have to be intentional with self care and healthy living.
Keep getting up and keep trying.

Sharing the deliciousness!
If you like Lemons this drink is for you! Not only is it yummy but it has health benefits too!!

1 organic Lemon (washed and cut in half. Don’t peel)
2tablespoons good quaity(real) Olive Oil
1-2 tablespoons of Honey
1 k**b of Ginger. Organic you can wash and keep the peel on.
3 cups of water

Blend for at least a minute until smooth.
Strain.

Enjoy!!!

Lemon and Olive Oil together can detoxify the body.
Ginger is anti-inflammatory.
