From the incredible mentoring and coaching we get in this space what I have learnt and know to be true is that “You always have the power to shift your state” this alone has saved me on so am any occasions.

Anytime your focusing on the negatives.. and we all have them pop up at some stage and sometimes we can find ourself dwelling in them, well I do.. but what helps me is too Reset myself with things like:

•Too take a minute- take a few deep breathes.
•Do a meditation
•listen to podcast
•move my body

When I get the shakes, when I’m feeling a little out of sorts I always come back to gratitude.

Self love.. Self care- it’s not selfish. It’s damn important!! ✨It was the missing link on my wellness journey for many years.

Filling up your own cup so it then flows onto every other aspect in your life is significant to living an abundant life. For me when I become aware and learnt that it was only me that could make me feel good, as in I had to love myself from within. For years I was not doing the inner work and the self confidence, self belief, self love and self worth I was seeking was was not happening and was not there. There is a reason that they all start with “self”!! Because it’s you that has to take action, no one else can do ir for you. As soon as I realised this my life transformed hugely and yours can too 👏🏼 I now feel empowered, so worthy, happy within my own skin and grateful everyday and especially for where I get access to the self development that has allowed me to make these changes!

If your stuck for where to even start, go over these 7 steps 🤍

⚪️ Become Mindful of who you are and what you want.

⚪️ Act on what you need rather than what you want.

⚪️ Practice good self care.

⚪️ Set boundaries.

⚪️ Protect yourself.

⚪️ Live intentionally.

For me personally, my health shifted dramatically over the last 3 years- when I focused on these things:

•nourishing my body with proper nutrition, daily
•moving my body from a place of love and not hate/punishment
•having balance and leading a deprivation and guilt free life
•increasing my self worth and self love
•prioritising self development
•saying no to things that don’t align with me
•when I realised that “I” was the only one that could take the actions and do the work too improve my life and for things to change

I share this because I love helping others prioritise themselves and focus on all these things too! Your health and wellness is so important!!

Health just isn’t what you feed your body, it’s what you feed your mind too.

I have definitely learnt this overtime, focusing on nourishing my mind and body through a holistic approach and lifestyle ✨ Being really mindful of things that do not serve me; Things like who you are spending your time with, what you listen too, what you allow yourself to read + watch!

These things can have a huge impact on how you feel and how you show up as a mamma, friend, work colleague etc. making a huge difference in your life!
