Offering an Online IFS Group Therapy Class this fall!
(Therapist referrals only; pre-screening to insure group flow and cohesion)
Why do I want to offer this group?
1) I know how valuable a client's group therapy experience is in its ability to activate the social and relational parts that do not show up in individual therapy.
2) The insights of therapist to therapist collaboration
3) A space for clients to affirm, normalize, and communicate the real-time experience of their parts.
4) Learn from one another how they have put their Self to Part work in action into their day-to-day.
5) Recent study by the IFS Institute showing efficacy of IFS group work. Full study can be found on APA website:

6) The awareness that IFS is in demand and many therapists cannot get into trainings while clients are asking for this work. I would like to help assist those therapists that have begun practicing IFS techniques without formal training, as well as those that have only had online training.
What I can offer:
1) 14 years of experience utilizing IFS with clients
2) Open to therapists utilizing any type of parts work
3) A passion for wanting to see more people healing!
