We are sending "our" Bailey with love and gratitude to her new adventure of becoming a funeral director/ Mortuary Practitioner! We have been so fortunate to have her in this community providing us with her gentle spirit, welcoming vibes, and knowledge of yoga and anatomy. This week will be her last official class on the schedule, so don't miss it!

With that said, we are thrilled that Kaetlyn will take over with a new time starting @ 7pm. Kaetlyn brings a wealth of knowledge of mind, body, & spirit and is excited to bring her expertise to our Yin community!

Join us for a focused and energizing yoga workshop dedicated to exploring the alignment, strength, and intention behind the Warrior poses. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this session will break down each Warrior pose with precise alignment tips, modifications, and hands-on (or verbal) cues to help you feel confident and steady.

We’ll move mindfully through each variation, connecting breath to movement, building strength and balance, and deepening your understanding of these foundational poses. The workshop will end with an extended, rejuvenating Savasana, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
