May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month, and this one hits close to home.
Celiac isn’t just a trend or a diet—it’s an autoimmune disease that can silently wreak havoc on the body if left undiagnosed. For me, it’s personal. I’ve seen firsthand how celiac impacts not just digestion, but hormones, energy, mood, and long-term health.

And here’s something not enough people know: even with a strict gluten-free diet, many with celiac still struggle with digestive issues, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies. Healing takes time, intention, and support.

This month, I’ll be sharing tips, myths, and guidance for living gluten-free with strength and confidence. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or just curious—this space is for you.

Let’s raise awareness, break stigma, and help others feel seen and supported.

Last night, my daughter and I were both feeling moody, crampy, and just over it. The boys had gone to the gym, and I could feel both of us sinking deeper into that funk.

So I suggested a walk — knowing how much a little movement can help with cramping and mood. To our surprise, it started raining the second we stepped outside… and within moments, the wind snatched our umbrella away.

Cue us giggling like crazy as we chased down the mangled umbrella, finally giving up, adding another layer, and heading back out into the rain.

It turned into one of my favorite walks ever.
We talked. We laughed. We got soaked. And we both felt lighter when we got home.

I want to teach my daughter that it’s OK to honor your body during your cycle — to rest when you need to, but also to move through those heavy moods when you can.

Movement is medicine. Connection is healing. And sometimes, the best memories are made when you least expect them… and in the rain.

Take the walk. Chase the umbrella. Break the funk.

Many people underestimate the power of meditation and breathwork in lowering cortisol levels. I used to be constantly on the go, pushing my workouts to the max and completely draining my adrenals. Eventually, I had to reset and go back to the basics—starting each day with meditation and intentional breathwork.

You already know I’m the cortisol-crushing queen, the macros master, a Reiki energy master, and the lymphatic massage magician- but guess what? Even I need a coach. Because no matter how much I know, accountability and fresh strategies are everything.

That’s why I’m jumping into the Fundamentals of Fat Loss Challenge hosted by & and I want YOU to join me!

What is Clean Eating?

Clean eating is all about choosing whole, minimally processed foods that nourish your body and support overall health. It’s not about strict rules or deprivation—it’s about fueling your body with the right nutrients so you can thrive.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

✨ Whole Foods First:Focus on foods as close to their natural state as possible—think fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.

✨ Minimize Processing:Avoid ultra-processed foods packed with additives, preservatives, and hidden sugars. If the ingredient list looks like a science experiment, it’s probably not “clean.”

✨ Balanced Nutrition:Clean eating doesn’t cut out entire food groups—it encourages a balance of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs to keep your energy steady.
How Does Clean Eating Support Your Health?
- Boosts Energy:Nutrient-dense whole foods provide a steady stream of energy, unlike processed foods that cause blood sugar spikes and crashes.
- Improves Digestion:Fiber from fruits, veggies, and whole grains supports gut health and keeps digestion smooth.
- Aids in Weight Loss:By focusing on satisfying, unprocessed foods, you naturally reduce empty-calorie snacks and curb cravings—making it easier to maintain a healthy weight.
A Simple Tip to Get Started:
At each meal, ask yourself: “Is this food close to its natural form?”
- Swap white rice for quinoa or sweet potatoes.
- Choose grilled chicken over breaded or fried options.
- Snack on fruit, nuts, or raw veggies instead of packaged snacks.
Clean eating isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Every small, mindful choice adds up over time. Your body will thank you!
Curious how clean eating can transform your health? Stay tuned for something BIG coming in April!

March is here, and I’m setting a simple but powerful goal for myself: read every day and carve out time for personal development.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle — work, family, and the never-ending to-do list — but growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we intentionally create space for it.

So this month, I’m prioritizing me — not as an afterthought, but as a non-negotiable part of my day.

What about you?
What’s one goal you’re setting for yourself this month — big or small? Let’s inspire each other! Drop it in the comments below! ⬇️

Unpopular opinion:You can’t out-biohack stress and bad habits.

Your body is a smart machine. You can throw sleeping pills at your insomnia, use a fad diet to drop a few pounds, or load up on energy drinks to boost energy—but if you don’t address the root cause of your stress and high cortisol levels, those quick fixes will only take you so far. Trust me, I was there a year ago-extreme fatigue, insomnia, and adrenal fatigue.

Don’t get me wrong, Western medicine and bio-hacking has its place. But so does getting back to the basics—managing stress, fueling your body with real food, moving daily, and prioritizing recovery.

If you’re ready to stop chasing temporary solutions and start building real, lasting change, let’s chat. Drop a “READY” in the comments or DM me!
