Spending my days teaching & planning beautiful things with 🤍

Honestly, it’s a pain for me to share anything on social media because it feels somehow always incomplete. I share only when I really feel it! I’ve stopped photographing my students in Shavasana too! 🤣 As it drew my attention away from my clients.

My days are revolving around yoga classes and I’m so grateful to share them it with you! 🤍 A lot of exciting new are on the way. 🤞

It’s about respecting this amazing vessel and honoring all it allows us to do. Yoga asana is a way how to connect with the body. The journey is basically from mind to body, not the other way.

It is about deep inner feeling, not about perfection or achievement. Mind always wants to interfere and sometimes is so subtle. So, Feel into your body!

Throughout my teaching career, I’ve met so many people with different body types, some with severe limitations that prevent even standing asanas. Always practice with deep appreciation, listening and gratitude for the body, a divine temple of yours. 🙏
